Supporting English-language minority education in Quebec
For Quebec’s English-language education system, public health and political events during the COVID-19 pandemic presented new issues and highlighted pre-existing vitality challenges.
The Education and Vitality Forum responded to these issues by bringing together researchers, practitioners, community stakeholders and policy-makers during a two-day virtual event. Participants shared and discussed best practices and initiatives that support our diverse communities.
This is the second forum convened by QUESCREN on community vitality and education. The program committee included representatives of Quebec’s English-language educational institutions and associations, community groups, and the public sector.

This event was made possible through the financial support of the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise, the Department of Canadian Heritage, and Concordia University.
